Chuck and Chuck-Eye Roast

Often referred to as 'pot roast' with bone-in and square-cut to fit into a slow cooker. Can be seared, covered and cooked slow with herbs and veggies in a flavorful broth until fall apart tender. Also available as a boneless eye of chuck roast.
