


Half Beef Bundle
The Half Beef Bundle, 200-210 lbs of Oklahoma’s exclusive grass-finished, regenerative, certified organic, quality assured beef, includes steaks (filets, rib-eyes, strips, sirloins and others) roasts (arm, chuck and more), brisket, fajita meat, ribs, and more in vac-sealed packaging. You determine ground beef blend (90/10, 85/15, 80/20, 70/30); patties are available on request.
The advantages of having a half beef at your fingertips are many, including the benefits of nutrient-dense and wholesome quality, food security, knowing the source and the farmer, wide assortment of cuts, variety of preparation options, fewer trips to the meat market, and no standing in check-out lines are just a few. Allow 30 lbs per 1 cubic foot freezer space; 7 cu. feet is recommended. Calculate cubic feet - multiply length, width, and height and divide by 1,725 to get container volume in cubic feet.
Total cost $3,550.00. A $600 reservation fee required, non-refundable, and deducted from the final cost; the balance is due on delivery.
