 From the Field To The Table
John's Farm produces organic wheat on virgin organic and heirloom American soil. We utilize rich farmland, environmentally friendly farming practices, and sustainable agricultural techniques to provide quality and dependability in our products. Growing hard red winter wheat, monitoring the development of the crop, harvesting the grain, and cleaning the berries are all preformed on John's Farm. Crops and livestock produced on our farm are inspected and certified by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Organic Division.
From field to flour, that's what we are doing on the farm as we produce whole wheat flour and seasoned whole wheat flour. Having organic certification for the entire process from growing through packaging, we are pleased to provide a product that is of high quality, represents organic standards, and has remained on the farm from beginning to end.
For a good number of years, health reports have indicated the value of whole wheat flour, especially wheat milled to retain all parts of the kernel. John's Farm is pleased to offer this value in our GO Organic products. Whole wheat flour can be used in a variety of ways - including bread baking, tortilla making and terrific pancakes. Our special seasoned whole wheat flour makes a tasty gravy as well as coating for various meats, such as chicken fried steak, fried or oven baked chicken, or deer steak and is delicious as a coating for fried okra and squash.
